Deena Kastor runs in the lead.
O'Neill and Dryer continue to run 2-3.
Kastor wound up lapping everyone in the field except Kate O'Neill and Elva Dryer.
Amy Yoder Begley finished ninth in 33:17.78.
O'Neill and Dryer were well ahead of the fourth-place runner by this point and were...
