Jen Rhines (with Amy Rudolph) moves back into the lead in the second 5,000m semifinal.	Kristen Nicolini runs in a qualifying spot.	Kara Goucher had a rough day and finished eighth in 16:30. She did not advance.	Melissa Gulli leads Shayne Culpepper, Kathy Newberry, and Sara Bei.	Rudolph, already a two-time Olympian, runs in second place behind Jen Rhines.
After running 15:00 this season, Rudolph will be one of the favorites to make the team.	Sara Bei of Stanford finished second in the NCAA 5,000 last month.	Kristen Nicolini finished seventh in 16:03.54 and advanced with room to spare.	Jen Rhines won the second semifinal in 15:50.08, with Amy Rudolph second (15:50.63).	Shayne Culpepper finished third in 15:54.74 to advance.
	Kathy Newberry advanced, finishing sixth in 15:57.29.	Sara Bei finished fifth in 15:55.88 and advanced.	Melissa Gulli finished fourth in 15:55.60 and advanced.
