sophomore Meredith Lambert finished 19th in 36:24.91.

Turner led through 5,000m in 17:21.5, but was overtaken by the pack
shortly after.

Bolf finished ninth in 35:00.22.

Perry and Adriana Pirtea run together through the mist that was
being sprayed to cool the runners off.

Roetter finished 21st in 36:37.11.

Homan dropped back to sixth when the top contenders made a move,
but she held her own.

Jill Steffens finished 13th in

Heidi Hullinger (14th, 35:20.15) and West Virginia's Tara Struyk

Emily Kroshus runs in fourth.

Shortly
after Kroshus caught back up to the lead pack, Alicia Craig made
a move for the lead.

Gulli runs in fifth place.

Craig
surges into the lead with just under 1,500 meters to go.

Craig
dropped her pace from about 82 seconds per lap to 72.

Casey
Owens.
|
Within
less than a lap, Craig (lapping UNC's Perry) had a sizeable lead
over Krzyminski and the rest of the field.
