Laura O'Neill got nipped by Ali Henderson and finished fourth in 16:16.56.
Ruth Chege of Richmond finished seventh in the College 5,000m Championship in 16:27.71.
Tennessee freshman Felicia Guliford finished 18th in 16:52.97.
Kate O'Neill of Yale won the race in 15:51.86 and said that it was a "huge thrill" to win a race at Penn Relays.
Melissa White of SUNY-Geneseo ran 16:17.00 for fifth place, the #3 all-time performance in Division III.
Kate Boyles of Cornell finished 12th in 16:47.50.
