Bronxville's Elizabeth Bergold ran a 2:14.8 800m split to put her team in the lead.
Hatboro-Horsham's Nicole Murphy split 2:21.8.
Lindsey Ferguson moved Saratoga Springs into fifth place with a 2:20.6 split.

Katy Trotter runs in second place for Red Bank.
Saratoga Springs' Nicole Blood works her way up through the field.
Hatboro-Horsham's Janine Ricci leads Hopewell Valley's Kate Willever.
Katy Trotter passes Catha Mullen. Both runners' twin sisters ran the leadoff leg for their respective teams.
Bay Shore's Laura Cummings split 5:03.7 to move her team into fourth place (12:10.01).
Wyomissing's Debbie Huss split 5:05.0 and her team finished eighth in 12:22.57.
Katy Trotter's 4:49.9 split gave Red Bank the win and the #7 performance of all time with a 11:46.59.
With Catha Mullen anchoring in 5:02.1, Bronxville finished third in 11:57.08.
