NCAA Indoor mile runner-up Tiffany McWilliams runs the anchor leg for Mississippi State.
Boston College's Laura Smith.
Flanagan continues to lead with one lap to go.
Christin Wurth of Arkansas and Marina Muncan of Villanova catch up to Sharon Dickie of Tennessee.
Dickie ran a 4:46.2 anchor and Tennessee finished fourth in 11:13.38.
Florida State finished fifth in 11:20.41.
Erin Sicher's 4:53.6 brought Georgetown home in seventh (11:26.40).
Wisconsin finished sixth in 11:24.61 and Duke finished eighth in 11:26.73.
McWilliams got the baton in 13th place (out of 14 teams)...
...and moved her team up to ninth (11:29.56) with a 4:41.9 split.
Kentucky, anchored by Caity Phillips, finished 13th in 11:45.87.
Shalane Flanagan had the fastest 1,600m split with a 4:34.1.
North Carolina won by 14 seconds with a time of 10:56.67. Arkansas (11:10.78) finished second.

Wurth's 4:35.6 split moved Arkansas from fifth to second. Villanova finished third (11:12.04).
Penn State, anchored by Tracey Brauksieck, finished 12th in 11:39.35.
