Disclaimer: We will not be posting nearly this many photos from each event, we just had a five-hour break (from distance events) after the DMR today and nothing better to do! Also, if we misidentify anyone, it's because their name was wrong in the program and please let us know!

Day One - Women's Distance Medley Relay (2 heats)

The 1,200m runners on the first lap. Lap two, Duke's Megan Sullivan leads. Sullivan and UNC's Beth George lead the way. Oriana Williams runs the 400m leg for Texas A&M. Alice Schmidt lead on the 800m leg with Lindsay Hyatt right behind.
L-R: Kristen Doody, Sasha Spencer and Nikeya Green. Schmidt and Hyatt remain in the same position... ...but Georgetown's Spencer has made up some ground. Doody and Green. Villanova's Tricia Taylor and James Madison's Alisha Lewis.
Tulane's Angela Milner. Texas A&M's Melissa Gulli. The two front runners have passed the batons to Shalane Flanagan and Lauren Fleshman. Kelly Brady (Wake Forest) and Katie Atlas (Duke) follow. Renee Gunning anchors for Villanova. 'Nova still holds the meet record of 10:48.38 from 1988.
Theresa Maru for Tulane and Andrea Bookout for Texas A&M. La Salle's Toniann Razzi. Cornell's anchor (name not available at this time.) And less than 500m into the 1,600m leg, Flanagan has started to pull away. Flanagan found herself in a similar position at indoor NCAAs and finished second. This time she wasn't going to let anyone pass her.
Lauren Fleshman, who ran a 5,000m PR of 15:49 less than a week ago at Mt. Sac Georgetown grad student Autumn Fogg anchored Georgetown's team. Fleshman, looking about the same as she did on the last lap... Bookout, Gunning and Brady. JMU's Keisha Banks and Maru.
Razzi leads Cornell's anchor on the 3rd lap. Flanagan crosses the finish line, sealing the victory for UNC. Brady and Bookout fight it out. The thrill of victory. L-R: George, Flanagan, Schmidt and Edi Ntuen.
Heat two. Yale's Rebecca Hunter.
Penn State's Suzanne Heyer. St. Joseph's Christine Kane. William and Mary had a come-from-behind victory on the last lap.
