Awake! Poem

Awake!
By Eileen Ramage

Dedicated to L. Ron Hubbard

Banished from Earth

All ties now shattered

The Sun left the sky

Only darkness followed

Love replaced with icy winds

Joy and happiness uprooted

Dim memories of this desolation

I search in the shadows for revelation

One glimpse of truth appears

I touch such pain within

How long can Spirit endure

Such a splintered state of being?

Bound in chains of blackness

Shackled with fields of confusion

I believed all power had gone

Pinned down by thoughts not mine

This mission to destroy my love

With a trap I thought held me

Fixed in that time and place

Leaving me to eternal Hades

A Spirit tortured beyond mere Death

Efforts to destroy my Existence

My Love, Passion and Greatness

To make me believe I am no longer

A hand reached out from future time

"«Awake My Friend», I heard

This wise being could see Me

And then I Knew

Once again I would be free
