With less than a lap to go it's Toomey, Kenah, Snyder and Heather Sagan on the outside.
Kim Voyticky (10th, 4:47.79) leads Erin Sicher (8th, 4:46.04).
Alexandra Lindquist (13th, 4:50.51).
Maureen Mewett (16th, 5:04.25).
Cheri Kenah and Heather Sagan battle for first, Carmen Douma-Hussar and Jen Toomey battle for second.
Heather Sagan, the 2002 NCAA Indoor mile champion entered the home stretch in the lead...
...But Cheri Kenah put in a good charge and almost caught Sagan.
Sagan won by .02 in 4:37.53.
Kenah was champion here three years in a row ('98-'00) before Sarah Schwald won this race last year.
Sagan, who is proving to have an awesome kick, was the first collegian to win this race in years (we think the last time was in 1987 when Vicki Huber won).
Carmen Douma-Hussar finished third in 4:39.40.
Heather Sagan will be one of the favorites in the outdoor NCAA 1,500.

Alexandra Lindquist.
Jen Toomey finished fourth in 4:39.85.
Shalane Flanagan was named the college relay female athlete of the meet...
