Alice Schmidt (4:26.3) runs the leadoff leg for UNC, Jennifer Lapetoda for James Madison and Caitlin Hickin (4:28.4) for Columbia.
Andreina Byrd led for much of the race before getting passed by North Carolina, Stanford, Georgetown and Columbia.
Mary Hale runs the leadoff leg for Brown.
Erin Donohue of North Carolina leads Malindi Elmore of Stanford on the second leg.
One year ago Erin Donohue won the girls' high school mile here, running for Haddonfield (NJ) Memorial High School.
Malindi Elmore of Stanford originally hails from Kelowna, British Columbia.
Catherine Wanyoike runs the second leg for Auburn.
