Step in the heart of Milan!
A Liberty style building in the heart of the elegant Magenta district, located between the Duomo and the Fair grounds, is the home of Hotel Ariosto, a completely renovated three-star hotel with old-fashioned charm. The hotel has an outstanding location: 600 meters to the Milan Fairgrounds, 200 meters to the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie where Leonardo da Vinci's "Last Supper" can be admired, and five minutes on foot to the Corso Vercelli shopping area. It is also situated near the Malpensa air terminal, the Cadorna train station, Sempione Park, and Line 1 of the Milan underground (Conciliazione stop). The Brera Hotel Group, a leading Milanese hotel operator, recently restructured the hotel, focusing, as in all their hotels, on comfort, elegance, and respect for the environment. Hotel Ariosto was re-designed with the needs of the 21st century traveller in mind, but at the same time with the desire to maintain the beauty of an old and noble home, such as it was at the beginning of the 1900's when first built. As in all other Brera hotels, our guests at Hotel Ariosto have an area near the reception where they can navigate at Internet high speed and communicate via e-mail; together with their room they can also book a smart Riciclo® bicycle to use instead of taxis for shopping or short trips around town.
All rooms look out on a quiet inner garden or onto the flowered facades of the Art Nouveau buildings along via Ariosto. All 48 rooms are warm and welcoming with their natural wood floors and furniture. All are air-conditioned and sound-proof, with private bath (some with sauna or whirlpool), and are equipped with internet lines, a TV-video-Sat, minibar, room and laundry service. The hotel has two meeting rooms, each sitting 25 persons. The Bistrot, the refined restaurant at Hotel Ariosto, offers our clients the best of Italian regional cuisine. Reservations are required at the Bistrot, but our hotel guests are given discounts and preferential treatment. Hotel parking, a bar, a buffet breakfast and a booking and ticket office for travel and theater, complete the range of available services, all managed by our highly professional multilingual staff. |
