MEN'S PHOTOS

Rika Tabashi, 22, of Fukuoka, Japan, finished 11th in 2:41:41.
Tabashi was seven minutes behind 10th place and nine minutes ahead of 12th.
Andrea Niggemeier, 34, a German citizen who trains in Philadelphia, finished 13th in 2:50:59.
Niggemeier trains with the Bryn Mawr Running Company and won the 2003...
...Steamtown Marathon.
Angela Batsford, 23, of London, Ontario, Canada finished 17th among the women...
...in 2:57:06. She was displaced by several runners who were part of the mass start.
For the first time ever, the elite women started 30 minutes ahead of the elite men and the masses.
It meant that the women received more attention, but more of them were running alone much of the way.
Sayuri Kusutani of Honolulu, Hawaii ran the race the hard way. She went through the halfway point in 1:23:49...
...and finished 60th in 3:16:13.
Kusutani, 45, finished 15th in her age group.
She is a Japanese citizen.
Shannon Hovey, 33, of Simsbury, Connecticut...
...finished 27th in 3:03:30.
Lee Di Pietro, 46, finished 20th in the women's division...
...and fourth in the women's masters division...
...in 2:58:59. Di Pietro hails from Ruxton, Maryland.
