New York Women's Mini Marathon 10k - Paula Radcliffe (30:47) runs second fastest road 10k ever, breaks Grete Waitz's 21-year-old course record.
Bellin Run (Green Bay, WI) - James Koskei (28:01) and Elana Meyer (32:31) win.
The Steamboat Classic 4-Miler (Peoria, IL) - Shadrack Hoff (17:45) with Deresse Deniboba (2nd) and Tim Broe (3rd) both in 17:46. Lornah Kiplagat dominates in 19:33, the second-fastest women's 4-miler in history.
Healthy Neighbors 5k (Hoboken, NJ) - Marcus O'Sullivan (15:38) and Angela Schwan (18:36) win.
Litchfield (CT) Hills Road Race - Godfrey Kiprotich (34:21) and Jackline Torori (41:12) win

Athens Grand Prix Meet - Saïdi-Sief Ali, 3:30.78 1,500m over Ngeny, Sammy Kipketer 12:59.34 5,000m with 6 under 13:03, Zulia Calatayud 1:59.00 800m
Peregrine Systems U.S. Open at Stanford - Regina Jacobs starts her season with a 4:04.85 1,500m win, Derrick Peterson wins 800 (1:46.03), William Chirchir (3:52.86) takes mile over Kevin Sullivan (3:56.21), CA high schooler Ryan Hall runs 3:42.70 1,500m in the Olympic Development race (won by Charlie Gruber, 3:41.48). Boston High Performance Meet #4 - Mark Carroll pulls off an impressive 1,500m (3:39.70) / 3000m (8:07.13) double over the course of approximately 35 minutes. Paul McMullen sneaks under the USATF qualifying standard. Jen Toomey dominates the 800m (2:02.88), Sarah Dupre wins the 1,500m (4:20.48), Rachel Sauder wins the 3,000m by 30 seconds (9:10.70)

Adidas Oregon Track Classic - Ethiopia's Meseret Defar wins the 3k in 8:52.47 with Cheri Kenah, Amy Rudolph and Jen Rhines close behind. Leonard Mucheru wins mile (3:53.60) and Adam Goucher makes his season debut in 2nd (3:55.47). Luke Kipkosgei wins the 3k (7:48.50) with Alan Culpepper 3rd (7:49.25).
