Palliative Care is a program of active, compassionate care to comfort and ease the pain of incurable illness for the dying and their families.

Palliative Care is delivered by a team of individuals and agencies who provide sensitive and skilled care to meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and the family.
