Meb Keflezighi took the men's race in 43:16.
Alan Culpepper finished second in 43:37 after leading in the early stages of the race.
Eddy Hellebuyck (11th overall, 1st 40+) set a pending U.S. Masters record of 45:12, besting Steve Placensia's 45:14 previous record.
Andrey Kuznetsov, 43, finished one place and 33 seconds behind Hellebuyck.
Sam Ngatia, 40, was the fourth Master, running 46:43.
Gary Romesser was best in the 50+ category, running 50:11.
Deena Drossin and Sylvia Mosqueda went back and forth for much of the women's race.
Drossin took the lead for good just past five miles and went on to win in 49:09.
Drossin said that even once she was in the lead, she felt Mosqueda's presence. It wasn't until the final meters that she knew that she would win.
Sylvia Mosqueda ran her trademark aggressive, gutsy race, challenging Drossin throughout and finishing second in 49:22.
Jen Rhines briefly joined the leaders around mile 2 but dropped back about one mile later, finishing third in 50:05.
Carmen Ayala-Troncoso, 41, won the Masters title in 52:45 (and finished 9th overall).
Jeanne Johnson, 43, finished 3rd among Masters women and 19th overall in 56:00.
