Central Park Track Club's Shelley Farmer finished 61st in 3:08:28.
Farmer is also a top-level triathlete.
Beth Lorber of New York finished 73rd in 3:10:55.
It may be a grimace, but Lorber, 24, looked happy as she ran through Central Park.
Jessica Allen of New York finished 70th in 3:10:23.
Judy Stein finished 69th in 3:10:10.
Stein was listed as a resident of Italy but a citizen of the U.S.
Helen Lees, 33, of Scotland finished...
...66th in 3:09:30.
Molly Mahany, 23, represented Brooklyn in the Foot Locker Five Borough Challenge, which had its own earlier start.
Mahany finished fourth out of the five borough representatives in 3:29:03.
Rosalia Zanoner of Italy finished 65th in 3:09:23.
Mary Fagan of Northampton, Massachusetts, finished 67th in 3:09:46.
Fagan represented the U.S. at the IAU 100K World Cup eight weeks earlier.
Madeleine McCutcheon, 24, of Great Britain was one of the first (if not the first) costumed runners to finish.
McCutcheon crossed the finish line in 3:35:58, with a chip time of 3:35:34.
Debi Salzer, 42, finished 424th in 3:35:41 (but a chip time of 3:35:01).
Anne Britt, 40, of New Jersey finished 77th in 3:11:36.
Kerin Maganzini of New York finished 75th in 3:11:15.
Debbie Cuttitta of New York finished 71st in 3:10:55.
