Stephen Serenelli (family name history), was born in London, England and raised in Milan, Italy. Now lives in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan (Canada).

Stephen has strong background in public relations, image and communications. He operates Serenelli Desktop Publishing, is the Canadian team of Zeta International, and is the Manager Internet Booking Office of BreraHotels.com. His belief in community involvement led to the publication of City Lights News, printed and electronic editions.

Stephen was also the producer/host of City Lights On The Move, a community television program aired on Shaw Cable 10.
