Milan April 2004 Sound track: O Mia Bella Madunina.
	We landed in Milan, Italy... Were old and new goes along... Our luggage did not arrive... we had to do emergency shopping. You can immagine how sorry Eileen was ;-) And like many Milanese... we did it downtown. If you need selection... "La Rinascente" is the place. They even sell Winnie the Pooh... any size. Outside view of "La Rinascente"... You are never "too old" for a group photo... or what about a stroll in the "Galleria"... All this walking makes you hungry... Eileen is practicing the fine art of rolling the fork... Italians don't only make spaghetti... please try "gnocchi" Friends welcome... Emanuele & Paola Group smile at Carlyle Brera Hotel... Francesco and Emanuele... Brera District... We love our breakfast... Sforzesco Castle... a must see!!! A view of the Castle fountain... Pedestrian Walk Downtown... Posing in "La Scala Square"... Pedestrian Area... always growing!!! The famous Stramilano Half Marathon... already 35 editions and... this year's edition had 50,000 participants!!! A special run with my blind friend Carlo... He was always on the lead... Pulling me along... We did 21 km in 2 hours and 10 minutes!!! Excited Runner's Crowd... The "Rope of Friendship" ... A Monument to the Runner...
