Single mother of a 5 year old boy seeks rental property for private dwelling. Non drinker, non drug user, will be attending SIAST in September. I have excellent rental references. I am clean and can maintain a yard. I don't own any outdoor pets, but I do have 2 budgies. I own my own furniture and can purchase my own appliances if necessary. Would prefer a quiet area, with no parties. I own a reliable vehicle, so any rentals outside of the city would be fine as well.
