Iona freshman Michelle Gallagher was the runner-up in 18:09.
Rutgers' Belmax DeJesus placed third in 18:20.
Manhattan College's Therese Forsberg finished fourth in 18:22.
Columbia's Delilah DeCrescenzo finished fifth in 18:42.
Sue Altman placed sixth in 18:50. Columbia won the team title despite sitting out their top runners.
Columbia sophomore Elizabeth Carey from Portland, OR finished seventh in 18:54.
Iona freshman Lauren Simeson from Ontario, Canada finished eighth in 18:54.
Columbia senior Nicole Donaldson finished 10th in 19:04.
Maris Reutzel led Wagner with a 15th-place, 19:11 finish.
Rutgers freshman Danielle Patoir finished 16th in 19:16.
Another Rutgers freshman, Nova Roman, placed 17th in 19:20.
Lisa Naucler of Manhattan finished 20th in 19:30.
Wagner's Rachael Knous finished 21st in 19:33.
Fordham's Meghan Caldwell finished 23rd in 19:36.
Fordham's Stephanie Luther placed 25th in 19:38.
Iona's Frances Russell finished 28th in 19:39.
Jane Albright of Rutgers finished 42nd in 20:03.
Manhattan's Nicholle Davis finished 43rd in 20:05.
