Atalelech Ketema of Ethiopia finished seventh in 16:10.
Victoria Klimina of Russia finished sixth in 16:02.
South Africa's Elana Meyer finished eighth in 16:18.
In the week following the race, Meyer broke her sternum in a serious car accident, but she is now recovering.
Kate O'Neill finished ninth in 16:24. Her twin sister Laura (not pictured) finished ten seconds later in 13th place.
