Jill Laurendeau split 4:43.2 to lead the Hoyas to the win, meet record, and auto NCAA qualifier. She would return on Saturday to place second in the "A" 800.
The freshman duo from Arkansas, #20 Laura Jakosky and #30 Penny Splichal, finished 1st and 6th in the "B" 3000 on Friday.

Georgetown's Erin Sicher was 4th in the "A" mile.
2001 NCAA 5000 champ Lauren Fleshman dominated the "A" mile in 4:38.48
All-American Lindsay Hyatt was 6th in the "A" mile.
