Davenport finished 14th in the Olympic 10,000 while representing Ireland earlier this summer.
Sally Barsosio finished second among the women in 15:33.
Barsosio leads two men with about a half mile to go.
Leah Malot of Kenya finished third in 15:42.
Amy Yoder Begley leads Miho Ichikawa. Ichikawa finished fourth in 15:47...
