Tony Truax is to New Hampshire running what Mint Henk is to Vermont running: dominant. So it's a little ironic that Henk was one of the only runners to defeat Truax this season. Truax went undefeated through the New Hampshire Meet of Champions before falling to Henk at the New England Championships, 15:11 to 15:20. Truax narrowed the gap a bit as Henk finished fourth at the Northeast Regional (15:35) and Truax seventh, just six seconds back. This is Truax appearence at Nationals. He finished 103rd at the Northeast Regional one year ago.
