Jackson maintained her lead to the finish and won the race in a personal best of 9:39.78. Lisa Galaviz caught Carrie Messner (3rd, 9:41.37) in the final 150m and finished second in 9:40.58.

Clark led through 400 meters, but she was challenged on the outside by Alice Schmidt.

Clark fought off a challenge from Kameisha Bennett to win 1:59.74 to 2:00.59. Alice Schmidt finished third in 2:02.09. Clark and Bennett have the World Champs "A" standard of 2:00.00, but Schmidt will have to chase it.
