Misganaw, 24, of New York City is a frequent local (and not so local) race winner.	She was in a class of her own today as she pulled away from her teammate and did a solo loop of Central Park. This race, held annually, pits many of New York's best running teams against one another.	Team members who weren't competing - or who had already competed in the men's race - cheered from the sidelines.
