Erin Bedell and Lauren Centrowitz ran 2-3, and the top two would qualify to represent the U.S. at the Junior Pan Am Games in July.	Bedell seemed to cut into Bowman's lead on the final lap, but Bowman won the race 4:18.48 to 4:20.64.	Bowman congratulates Bedell. Both are recent high school graduates.
