Stanford's Arianna Lambie, who said that the transition from being coached by Dena Evans to being coached by Peter Tegen this season had gone smoothly. Caroline Bierbaum said that she knows she can run well on the Indiana State course, no matter what the conditions. (And it looks like Monday's conditions will be fast.) Butler's Victoria Mitchell, who outleaned Bierbaum at the Pre-NCAA meet, said she was happy to be racing locally (about an hour away from her school, which is in Indianapolis).
